Online booking

All prices are excl. Deposit (€ 500,-) and local tax. Deposit of 25%, the rest can be paid on site. Final price per night depends on the season. The minimum stay is 3 nights, during the vacation season it is 5 nights. Bookings for the Villa Vienna are binding as soon as we have confirmed your reservation request. Please note that cancelations are only possible in writing – read more: Cancellation conditions.

Booking information: The calendar shows the dates that are still available or have already been booked. Click on “Request booking” to open the booking form. Then fill in your contact details and arrival and departure dates – your price will be pre-calculated automatically. After submitting your request, we will process it as quickly as possible and send you a booking confirmation if necessary.

High season: € 790,- for 8 persons – each additional person € 59,- (plus local tax) per night + final cleaning € 290,- minimum stay 3 nights (5 nights during the vacation season) Special offer low season: from Mon-Thu only € 590,- for 8 persons per night Special offer final cleaning: The flat rate for final cleaning is reduced to € 220,- for bookings of 7 nights or more and is completely waived for bookings of 10 nights or more.
