Cancellation conditions

Bookings for the vacation home “Villa Vienna” are binding as soon as we have confirmed your reservation request. We kindly ask you to take note that cancelations are only possible in writing and will always be charged according to the following conditions (these cancellation conditions are based on the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions AGBH 2006):

Up to 3 months before arrival: 25% of the total price 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price Last week before arrival: 90% of the total price Penalizable and actionable in Austria. Please also note: In case of no-show without giving reasons, we will be forced to charge the full total price of the booking (100%).
